- 400 g fresh prawns
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 dried chilli peppers

- Peel cloves of garlic and slice them finely. Gently crush the chilli peppers. Heat the oil in a pan then add chilli peppers, sliced garlic, shrimps, pepper and salt and continue to cook for about 3 minutes on a high heat.
